Diane ShawDiane was convinced at an early age by friends and family to pursue a singing career, and she went on to win several national talent competitions before making her TV debut in front of 12 million viewers on the Stars in their Eyes Grand Final in 1999 where she gained an impressive 186,000 public votes. To this day, this show gained the highest audience figures in it’s 14 year history.

She went on to make further TV and radio appearances including GMTV Granada Reports and the Radio One breakfast show where she was interviewed by Zoe Ball.

Her impressive client list boasts celebrity parties including the wedding of Tracy Shaw, featured across two issues of OK magazine, the Angel Ball for the Kirsty Howard Appeal, attended by top celebrities including David and Victoria Beckam, and private parties for the likes of Kevin Keegan, Bruce Jones, the cast of Coronation Street, and Nigel Hall (head of entertainment at ITV).

During her career, Diane has shared the stage with comedians such as Bobby Davro and Joe Pasquale, sports stars Steve Davis, David Gower and Matt Lattisier, as well as TV stars including Sir David Bellamy, David Dickenson and Clair Sweeney.

Having grown up with 60′s and 70′s soul scene, Diane has been busy re-recording and re-making a host of Motown, Northern and Modern Soul classics, and songs that inspired her to become a professional singer from an early age.
