Terms and Conditions    You must read, agree with and accept all of the terms and conditions contained in this leaflet, which includes those terms and conditions expressly set out below and those incorporated by reference before you commit to purchase of any given package. We may amend this agreement at any time by posting out the amended terms and conditions or posting onto our website which will automatically be effective immediately, Elite Entertainments reserves the right to add any additional VAT to the above package prices subject to Elite Entertainments status. Wedding DJ is a standard disco with full light show 7pm-12am any additional hours will be charged at a standard rate. Venue dressing is based on chair covers with bows included in the packages- any color match required that is not a stock item with be charged at an additional fees. Wedding photographer*charming package and fantasy package the coverage is from ceremony to the start of the wedding breakfast. The Enchanted package is from start of Ceremony to the start of the evening. The album is standard leather back. Upgrades are available for photography services.- Story book album/standard will be produced up to 12 weeks following wedding. Choose from the following wedding singers to perform at your wedding breakfast 1 hour performance – Chris Gaskell, Mathew Shaw, Freddie Mensah, Geoff Ray, Peter Sarsfeild, Craig Martin, Colin Gibson, Adam Kitch, Andy Ellison, Scott Bench, Martin Cane & Steven Fletcher other artists may apply, please contact our office for further details. On the Pick N Mix menu Church Singer is allocated for 1 hour only Guitarist/Sax is allocated on 2 hour period as is the luxury cars. (At any point the cars may vary in color or model subject to availability or unforeseen circumstances) Chocolate Fountain with an attendant to serve up to 150 guests for a three hour period with unlimited amount of chocolate and a selection of up to 10 dips. Ice Sculpture is a wedding heart with flower and names inserted (includes VAT and possible travel) venue lighting as detailed in pick ‘n’ mix menu includes 6 L.E.D up-lighters 1 black star lit backdrop 2x silk flames. Vintage cars/Jaguar XF/ Chrysler 300/Bentley within package are all subject to availability. All cars are based on day time travelling only contact our office for further information regarding time hire based on packages above. The starlit backdrop and wedding arch is for day time use only up to 6pm. Casino table will be accompanied with a croupier for a maximum of three hours, funny money will be provided in this package price. However printed funny money personalised will be additional £50 expense. Meet and Greet service and table magicians is based on a two hour period subject to availability. Dance Floor will be set up for 7pm and collected at 1am (travel costs may apply) Risk assessment must be carried out by the client or venue-we do not hold responsibility for trip or fall. Any damage to the floors will be charged to the client. The management has the right to cancel any agreement on this above promotion at any time. At time of booking a deposit is required which is none refundable if cancelled by the hirer. In the event of a service or artist being unable to perform through illness or unforeseen circumstances the hirer will be notified accordingly at the earliest opportunity.The management will Endeavour to provide a replacement alternatively deposit will be returned in full. All packages are based on and within 20 miles radius of Liverpool, prices will vary on 15 miles and over.
